playing an important role in the causation of glycosuria in pregnancy. This conclusion was based mainly on the findings of blood levels of vitamin C and calcium in pregnant women and their correlation with the incidence of glycosuria. It was however thought essential to carry out further studies so as to furnish an experimental proof in support of the above statement.
